"I've been studying English since I was 10, but when I arrived to Australia, 2 years ago, I realised that my English was not good enough to 'talk business' seriously with customers.
Firstly, Isabella assessed my skills in reading, listening, writing and speaking to make sure the lessons would be perfectly customised. Then, according to my needs and mood, we spent the lessons making my grammar more precise, as specific mistakes would arise; conversing a lot on typically Australian topics, such as Politics, Culture, Social life etc; going through the e-mails I'd sent to my customers during the previous week and forwarded to her; or, helping me to prepare a technical training session that I had to present to customers.
